Is there any way to have quiet neighbours in apartments?
I've only ever played apartments once but wanna try again. Back then my sims had a bad relationship with the neighbours. Does a good one make them quiet?

Btw-- if you cook something good, or perform something (music, comedy, etc.) well, it's likely a neighbor will knock on your door and ask to share your meal, listen to your entertainment, etc. If you don't let the neighbor in, they're going to get mad at you and make noise later.
