Is there Still Hope For a Create-A-World?

Said it before, I'll say it again. We'll never see a Create a World tool because EA found the most fiendish way of monetizing us. Remember how at first the new worlds that would come with a pack had a decent size? Then one day they start releasing worlds that are PATHETICALLY small. They give us a little and have us wanting more the whole time, so when a new Expansion pack comes out, no matter how bad it looks (Seriously, Eco-Living? Snowy Escape? We seriously doing this?) people will still flock to it because....they came with new worlds. I can't tell you how many times I've seen an EP reveal and have a bunch of replies going "I don't care for the concept but that world looks nice!" while the worlds are, again, still small.

If EA released a Create a World tool, they'd lose out on so much profit because they know that there's a good percentage of people who are just buying the lazier packs JUST for the world.
