I find it pretty misleading considering that there is a picture of the sims4 next to the statement.
I assume it's for other games than the sims4, but what I don't understand is that it's not difficult to make an advertisement that still sounds pretty impressive without them having misleading statements like that. They could use statements like "You think that parents have it tough? Try having 100 babies" or something.
As for when it comes to false advertising, from what I know companies can make ads that doesn't showcase reality by a lot without worrying.
