Yes but they deliberately used an image of TS4's box art, if it was about the entire franchise, why not have snippets of all of the games (or even indicate which game it's possible in)? And what's bad is when you click the "LEARN MORE" on the website it takes you directly to TS4.
It is box art of the Sims Olympus Sims of the original Sims 4 vision. The game was originally going to look like this until the SimCity2013 plan failing:

I guess that is why the box art doesn't bother me, because it is an art style for the Sims online game that didn't happen and they went with a more simplified art style instead until the recent update with the skin tones.
