he kinda leaves the possibility open for some things while directly excusing others, i don't know what to think about it.
"Right now we are only focusing on Create a Sim, Emotions, Animations, and Build Mode" and it surely shows.. except on the animations & gameplay department. he also says "Sims will definitely be able to own and have cars! As far as how they will function, I cannot comment on that yet. I do know that opening doors, like in The Sims 2, would require a lot from our animations team, so this may or may not happen." a lot from their animations team? this is something that keeps me in doubt. i see modders deliver animations some times, and while of course it costs, it's not something that should cost "a lot" from the team of an AAA title. but yeah i guess we'll have cars, he sounds quite confident on it which means they've been on the works. honestly, i think they have already prepared upcoming features to add on the game but they just wait for controversies to happen just so they can finally deliver the long waited content and pacify the playerbase lol.
