Hey guys My Sim was graduating today and i would like to know if they don't get any certificate or diploma to their inventories. it was kind of weird and I was really expecting to something like this...

You do get a notification (if memory serves) that the diploma will appear in their personal inventory. It's usually a few hours after the graduation ceremony.
As for after graduation interactions, none that I've noticed.
