Is Vlad Bloodvein the younger version of the Vlad that ships with the game?

Does anyone think that the Vlad in the gallery under Maxis ID in the household called Noble Vampires is the earlier non-jaded version of Vlad Straud? Maybe back when he was in love with Inna Cents? I'...
