The woman standing up approached the table and took the drink that belongs to the woman sitting. Then, she started chatting to them and drinking the stolen beer.

UPDATE:
She finished the drink, went inside the kitchen and left it on another table (that was intended to be for staff as it is in the kitchen, but I guess now it would be the "chef's table") where other customers were waiting for food. She seems very pleased with what she is doing.
