I've noticed "not sure if anyone else has mentionted this" that when you do hire a mixoligist the customers never order drinks, and the hired bartender will make tons and tons of drinks. Leaving the owner to have to clean them all up once the restaurant closes.... I have just stopped hiring mixoligists in my restaurants, because they never work properly
