I see a few issues in your restaurant: You should remove that plant in front of the tray of the chief station. It's probably the reason they sometimes don't cook.
Also, you have several tables with two centerpieces. Try removing one of them (especially on the small tables) as they're in the way of the food. Only use one.
I have not play tested long but it seemed to work much better after doing these changes.
