It Absolutely IS Possible to Remove the Horse's Saddle, et al

I have been unable to locate the thread in which I agreed with another player that it was too bad we couldn't remove the blanket, saddle and bit/bridle from the horse when they weren't being ridden. ...

I will quote you in order to confirm it. I haven't made a full suite of outfits for my horse, but I did see that it was possible. Now, since I haven't done it, I don't know if there's a way to specify which one they use.
