I'd take immersive gameplay over deep snow any day. This is shaping up to be the best Seasons expansion imo.
Unfortunately for some of us, deep snow after a blizzard is part of the immersion. Building snowmen and making snow angels in flat paint is immersion breaking for me, I know it'll disappoint me every winter.
