I cannot seem to get this one to work. Do you have to add a + in front to make it positive? I've tried changing relationships of my family, random people met in streets. Or do they have to be strangers to begin with for this cheat to work?
No, there's no special conditions for it to work, but you have to have testingcheats true turned on first.
