Okay, so I'm on the right track.
You can add 100 "Satisfaction Points" (that's what they're called in the code) with this command, and you can repeat it:
sims.add_buff Satisfaction_Points
The catch22 is that since it's a buff, you have to then run sims.remove_buff Satisfaction_Points before you can add it again.
The good news is this probably means there's a bigger buff out there that rewards points.. I'm gonna eat then check into that :)
