I've tried the Shift+Click and "Modify in CAS" cheat, but it doesn't let me edit their physical shape (only clothes, hair, etc.). I've also tried "testingcheats true" plus "cas.fulleditmode true" as well as "CAS.fulleditmode true" but no luck.

It's just cas.fulleditmode

Don't add true. You need to turn on both testingcheats true and that command from live mode, then go to edit your sim
