I've compiled an extended list of Cheats and Commands

I'd hate to be a bother, but about the add traits cheat -- can you only add up to however many traits that age is allowed? For instance, I can't give my teen Sims three traits. Is that because it's not allowed, or because I'm entering the cheat wrong? I'm turning on testingcheats and typing traits.equip_trait Outgoing. Another question, does debug.enable_woohoo allow teen Sims to Woohoo, and if not, is there a cheat that allows teen Sims to initiate romantic activities with adult Sims?
