Warning, if you use the relationship cheats you can no longer Click on Build Mode from the manage world view, tested it because my game messed up and did a step by step test, once you use the relationship cheat, save your game, then get back into manage worlds, then goto a lot click on it and click edit it will simply not work. Which relationship cheats did you use CyberOps? I have used the Friendship_Main and Romance_Main relationship cheats to set my relationship with other Sims, and I was able to enter Build/Buy Mode.
I used those too but I'm not talking about the normal nuild and buy mode as when your in a home on a lot already, I'm talking about the build/edit mode on the manage world screen. After using relationship cheats you can no longer do this and it will even come back with an error message that your save is not functioning.
