Working on it as we speak.
In the meantime you could spawn a sim, make them active, then use
careers.add_career CareerName
to give them the career.
Then keep using this in live mode to level all the way up.
careers.promote CareerName
(You won't get prompted to select a branch if you're in buy mode, so that's why you need to enter the command while in live mode)
Then I think you could kill them off and still keep the reward unlocks. Not sure.
Rewards unlocks are bound per sim, I had a family member move and they didn't have the unlocks anymore, same goes for when a sim dies, their unlocks are gone so yeah we really need an unlock cheat that unlocks everything inclusing the outfits you can unlock when throwing certain parties with goals.
