@TwistedMexican I too can confirm that the relationship cheat that you have will corrupt and not allow building from the Manage World Screen. Fortunately, I have many different saves and the save file directly before I started using that cheat will allow me to build/buy from the Manage World screen. Just thought I would also give you a heads up as it is definitely an issue. I didn't lose too much at all since I save early and often.
Sorry I got sidetracked with work and these objects. I'll take a look into it now.
