There are so many objects that are based on leveling up in careers and since the majority of my sims don't work, this means I can't access these objects. Working on it as we speak.
In the meantime you could spawn a sim, make them active, then use
careers.add_career CareerName
to give them the career.
Then keep using this in live mode to level all the way up.
careers.promote CareerName
(You won't get prompted to select a branch if you're in buy mode, so that's why you need to enter the command while in live mode)
Then I think you could kill them off and still keep the reward unlocks. Not sure.
There are other objects too not from careers to get those any cheats for the costume party and Wedding Party and Date level and Birthday Party? Also that cheat they gave us in the last update the one hovereffects on/off still shows slight white lines around objects was not taking away at all thought it was suppose to take the white line off completely off objects ????
It's supposed to, but only for the lot you're in, it'll reset when you travel unless you apply it to the game through origin.
The cheat I'll be using will unlock objects with extreme prejudice ;) It's just taking some setting up.
