Interesting. I always think of Nancy Langraab as horrible person. I have no idea why. She just is. I like how you have tied her and Jacque's storylines together.
She has one of those faces that's a little more than resting b-face. She just looks wicked. Her description for TS3 doesn't help either:
"Obsessively focused on her job, social status, and appearance, Nancy is sadly left with little time for her husband and young son, Malcolm."
