Joggers in Windenburg?

No I don’t think I’ve seen joggers in Windenburg since you mentioned it. Actually, I don’t think I see joggers outside of the base game Worlds although that could be my memory faulting me.

I don't think I have seen them jogging either outside base game worlds either come to think of it.

I get joggers in Windenburg. I remember it vividly because I saw many blue sims running by my home during the winter.

If you don't have the Seasons EP, you might not get joggers in Windenberg, specifically the island. I don't know about the other areas. If you do have Seasons, you'll get walkbys and joggers on the island. Before Seasons was launched, or it couldv'e even been the pre-launch patch, Windenberg island had absolutely no joggers, no walkbys, no other Sims except the mail carrier.

In my game, even the neighbors didn't walk around. The only time I saw them was for the Welcome Wagon. I usually didn't even see them for that though since I normally like to evict all the island residents and bulldoze their lots.

Just to reiterate, I'm talking specifically about Windenberg island. :)

The only place I can 100% confirm that I've seen them is that area in the upper right, which I think is the one you're talking about. I was playing on the 20x20 to the far right when I was seeing them. I faintly remember seeing them in the other areas (except the island, Ive never paid attention there), but the only place I'm positive I saw them was there.

I USED to see sims walking by those houses (Havisham/Proprietor), but come to think of it, that's been a while. I haven't played any of my pre-patch/Seasons saves lately, so can't really tell. I have a residence where the community pool was (Modern district), and I had joggers going by before patch/Seasons. Not sure if its any different now, makes me want to check :)

Only joggers I see is in Willow Creek, Oasis Spring and occasionally in the city. Never in Windenburg, although I see very little foottraffic there compared to these three I've mentioned. I also haven't seen any joggers in Brindleton BUT I don't have any households living there though. My Sims always come as visitors. The vamp world. I haven't played much in but I don't remember joggers although there is plenty foottraffic. I guess that is so vampires have some easy foodsource. I mean. Would you want to run down your dinner?

I have sims living on the island in Windenburg. Never used to get any sims walking past before Seasons and now there are quite a few. I haven't seen any joggers though but I did only stay there for one sim week.

I have seen joggers in other worlds that aren't base game. I usually see a few in San Myshuno (before Seasons too).
