Two reasons I can think of:
- The mission sim may have the Batuu aspiration. It gives him a bonus trait that refreshes his motives upon travelling.
- The mission sim may drink Batuu brew a lot. It gives a nice energy boost (also in the main world, if the recipe was learned, it's a staple for my college sims).
