This thread is for those of you who are looking forward to the new GP. Or at least willing to entertain that it might be a fun pack. Although I've seen and enjoyed all the movies I'm not a big Star Wars fan but I am interested in seeing how this plays out.
It was a lovely family vacation that the family spent together in the Batuu area of Oasis Springs🙂The Batuu themed design of the area looks great! You have designed and furnished it well to suit the theme. The playground using the new slide from the current event is very nice. Dad is having fun sliding down it! 🙂Aster is very sweet ❤️It is a cute photo of him chatting with his parents 💗
My sim rolled a bucktlist goal to spend a day in oasis springs. So the only logical consequence is to take a vacation at the batuu neighborhood in oasis springs ;)
They dressed in a new outfit which is more appropriate for the surroundings
Their holiday home for the weekend, including custom transport. (and christmas lights that couldn't be removed )

The park even got a recent upgrade with some playground equiment. (Don't mind the legs in the forground of the picture. That's someone on the swing)
Even dad joined in on the playground fun.
In the evening Aster is very enthusiastically retelling his adventures of the day at the vacation rental. His red plumbob shows he really needs some sleep but other than that he is in a great mood.
After Aster went to bed, mom and dad watched a movie. The local TV channel even offers movies with robots.

Here's a pic of the child Corra, the purple lightsaber wielding sim from the Batuu trailer, who also appears in the Resistance questline, had in my game.
I named her Chantal and the father is Poe Dameron. In a different save Corra got engaged to Lt. Agnon, but the relationship was short lived.
So what's your Corra up to? What traits did she generate with (it's random, mine got Loyal, what made her part as a defector extra dramatic). Did you ever make her playable?

Your re-creation of the scene that you linked to is great! 🙂It reflects it very well in sims game version. Their pose and the swords capture it well.
I'm from a neighbor game. This pack basically fills some of the elements I need for my OCs (Original Characters) to work. Though, I rarely play with the Batuu world cause I'm more of an Old Republic resident 😄 My gameplay is that these characters are trying to assimilate being thrown into Earth™ so I'm not to fussy about their outfits.

I just wish I could make more custom content like the small ones to further detail them. The only one I managed to make was her arm brands / tattoos. Before B&H tattoos paint mode was a thing. Tried following tutorials about making CCs and I just ended up failing each time, oh well. 🤷🏽♀️
