July 30, 2021 What is going on, I thought this was fixed (photo) ?

This is happening in all the neighborhoods in Evergreen Harbor.

    I had it too. Had to create a sim and visit every district in Evergreen with him. I guess it helped some resources to load and after that my build mode was OK too.
