July Patch Speculation 2018 (Patch is Live Bugfixes Only)
Not really expecting anything but bug fixes in this months update but I hope we get lots of Seasons fixes.

Idk if should is the right word, but you definitely could now. Makes it slightly more realistic to also have them there, because for example my hairdresser (a community lot irl lol) has an AC hanging inside, so it'd definitely be more realistic. I don't know if you actually would experience bad stuff from not having it, since I don't as of now, and haven't experienced any bad stuff happening, not even on my home lot.
