Jungle Adventure help please!! Still need help please!!

I just bought Jungle Adventure. I went to send my sims on vacay and we went to the new world. I looked at the lessons and it said to go and rent a bungalow. I did that then when we got there we were told to go to the marketplace. I tried to do that and couldn't. I saw a hand, and tried pressing on it and nothing. Am I missing something? Can someone help?

    That marketplace icon is the neighborhood information. As the marketplace is a neighborhood, click on any lot in the neighborhood and go there. I recommend going to the bar because it's the closest to the market (market is in front of it).

    I went to the bar and saw some tables there. But then when I went to go to the jungle I couldn't click on it either. Where am I supposed to click to go to the jungle? How am I supposed to do that? Thank you for your help.

    To go to the jungle, start at the spot called the trailhead. You'll need to hack your way through a gate.

    The marketplace is in the public square outside the bar.

    Ok, I went into trailhead and looked and everything had a red circle with line telling me I couldn't do anything. Is this that difficult I can't figure it out. Please help!!

    Once you are there, your sim should be able to go further by chopping their way through gates (with a machete they can buy at the market place or their bare hands).

    Where is the gate and how do they get there. I was looking and couldn't find it. I get a circle with a line through it telling me I can't go there.
