Just lost hours of progress

I don't even know just how many hours I lost. My sim tried to tag someone in a social bunny message and my game just froze. I really paid for not saving more often. It's so disheartening to lose progress like this. Save your game, folks.

I'm honestly so upset, you guys. >.<
