Simulation games can become a little stale after a while and you need to take breaks, sometimes long breaks, from them. You may not be ready to come back and play yet. You might need a different kind of game to play for a while, like something with a plot or story to follow or something that has your character saving the world. One of the cool things about TS4 is that it isn't a subscription game, it will be waiting for you when you feel ready to come back to it.
