It's not in the world, but it might be in the gallery. I'll let you know if I can find it.

Check Maxis_Creator gallery pages as he/she usually makes the builds and Sims we see in the trailers.

I've been looking and I can say that Maxix_Creator did not post this one to the gallery, they did the households but not the house. I really hope someone can find it.

The sims creators used these houses as shells most of the time for trailers. Its the main reason why most of the houses from trailers don't make it to the gallery. Its just for show. I think they did it for the Fitness SP. People loved the house that was shown but the gurus admitted it was just a set for the trailers. So if its now available that's the main reason.

I do understand that :) But, imo, it would be nice if they u/l'd the house even if it was empty inside. There are so many creative people here, I'm sure they'd be able to furnish & decorate it for others to enjoy.

You do realize that the interior shots after that house changes for each season in the trailer, is from a different house. The windows are not the same and there's no fireplace on the front wall, so I have no idea what the interior is like, but I'll try.
