delete all the trim the place it again one wall at the time holding down shift and see if you can get it only exterior this way
in this case it seems to be because there is part of the inside of house with removed floor which i think there was some way around but i can't for life of me think of way to explain how to go about that since its often lots of fiddling for me too to fix :sweat_smile:
but yeah basically that part is not recognized as room since it has no floor so that is why the trim comes in
you need to somehow redo that part so the room is recognized (place new room there perhaps and redo that part of build? idk i can't remember what the fix was last time i had this issue)
