I also agree teens should be able to learn the Parenting skill -- I've had teens that have done a better job caring for their younger siblings than the actual parents have. I think that teens (and even children) do get some responsibility from doing things for their siblings (if you have Seasons and put them in the Scouting activity they can earn badges for things like cleaning up at home or entertaining toddlers). I'd like to do a family where the teen takes care of the rest of the family because the parents are too involved with their careers or going out to party so the younger children gain a closer relationship to their sibling than to their parents.
