Hmm, could make that into a dark story, his mother, a successful black widow intended for the meal to be for his sixth step-father, but while she was in the bathroom after waiting too long for the food to come. Wouldn't you know as she washed her hands one phone call saying 'it was done' meant it was too late. It arrived, and her son wanted to try it, it was then she learned the black widow challenge was no longer for her.
Though really, that's kind of sad surprising too the only time I remember a sim child dying on me is sims 3 when the routing issues prevented Alex from getting out of the pool at his step-mother's leisure day party and he drowned. ....Or was he a teen I don't remember now can kids die in 3? If so then I'm remembering right. If not he was definitely still a minor.
