Kids shouldn't be cleaning autonomously....

As far as I remember, the children in my game never clean up (nor do the teens) autonomously (even when they have joined the scouts and should feel motivated to earn that badge).
Some of my adults, however, do clean up autonomously - in spite of not having the neat trait and autonomy being always disabled in my game.
