I don't have many nice things to say about Sims 4 genetics. Of course, one can always attempt prettify a Sim using custom content. But the fact remains that, usually, if one wants somewhat decent looking offspring, CAS is the place to create it in order to avoid strange and illogical distortion of otherwise good looking, normal features.
