The only issue I have with it is that when my Sim's were living in a haunted house they would automatically come home from school if the terrified moodlet took over. A box would pop up asking me "are you sure you want to bring them home." like I had requested them to come home, and no matter when I pick, they come home anyways, Eventually unhaunted the house to avoid school and work failure.
