yep! Throughout leveling up Vampire Lore with the Tomes there was a popup once that stated in old vampire tales it's said that a vampire can only come in if they were invited, that means if you never invite them AFTER the initial tutorial with Vlad, they should never be able to get in! I never tested it though, because I always let them in LOL Since I want to play with them.
