You need the u.i mod and MC command centre easiest thing to make friendships you right click on the picture and set the level of friendship or romance ! You can set sims skills levels because it annoys me sometimes when I create a family.but I don't want to have to go from scratch like with cooking etc so if there elders you can just set all there skills with different higher levels as they should already have skills with being elders makes it more realistic.
