lagging stuttering
ever since the new patch or maybe as recent as get famous I've experience some major stuttering and lagging in the camera/game play. Any time I zoom out or move the camera the movement is very choppy ...

Hm, your laptop isn't that suitable for this game actually. Have you been playing the game on laptop mode all this time? Try turning off uncompressed skin textures as well. I'm surprised you are only seeing the lag now. :D But yeah, I don't think there's not much you can do sadly even if you have really good specs.
