*Resolved* The dish needs to be a group meal. Also seem to need more than one Sim present. My Sim is in the food critic career, and one of her work from home assignments was to "laud three dishes"...

I have it maxed out. I have the interaction unlocked, it just very rarely shows up. It will occasionally show up on a group meal, but I have yet to get it to work consistently.
