I have tried adding flowers into my clean wash tub, but every time my clothes come out as being "soiled" and not clean. Not sure why this would be, am sure the water is clean in the basin and have only added flowers of pristine quality or higher. Anyone else with this problem?

Try using the options to “ clean laundry additives” and “ replace water “ , then see if that helps.
