Laundry buffs... what am I missing?
Yet another load of dry, warm and fragrant laundry and no buff to show for it. I'm not sure why I even bother. Even when I get a buff, it only affects one out of my 7 Sims most of the time... what ...

I could see my sims using this perhaps if I could avoid having them too happy about it, it is so easy to stack up on happy things. If laundry will keep them in the green all the time then it isn't for me.
For a while I kept getting Sad buffs for Damp Laundry. :/
