I dislike the awesome CAS poses people use because of course their sims will always be liked more. So it's really hard to find other sims from players that don't use those. And I kind of miss out on great creations trying to filter those out, but it's extremely hard. I also really dislike the...it's my first time creating a because that seems pretty darn offensive, especially when they're just a sim with a different color skin, but the same features as all the others and clothes that are ethnic. But those are usually found on reddit.

Would 100% understand putting a post as first time making real race sim after the colors update, it's great to celebrate an update. Do you see those my black sim! When it is just a barbie european, but overweight, extreme hourglass and lips? I personally am not targeted, but imagine some body who is, isn't this offensive..?

I rarely download sims, so I guess I don't really know what CAS trends even exist. Hmm. I can see how any "Look at me, I'm being inclusive" type offerings could be taken as offensive, though.

I would say cc skin overlays. The problem I have is that not everyone has that overlay and when you download it the sim won’t look like how you see it in portrait. That includes cc pieces. I use custom poses but that’s only because more people seem to gravitate towards sims with custom poses. (I’m really good with CAS *knocks on wood* but custom poses gets them attention). I do not understand why some people are popular on the gallery when all they make is something deceiving. I kinda dislike custom poses (even though I use them) because they seem to make your sims LOOK better than they actually do.

And what in the WORLD makes people download clone like sims off of someone’s catalog???

I avoid that website like the plague. I once got called racist because i was playing a black legacy as a white simmer.

My sim married the black premade from discover university because I thought he was cute and I liked his major.

I believe they said I was basically doing digital blackface ?

? People are so weird. I don’t even know what to think of tumblrites. I stay far away from that site and also Twitter.

Skilled Sims. I don't want max'd out sims in my game. They're not fun to play. Wish they could be dialed back but then again it's not the end of the world not to use a sim.

It's the presentation. People, no matter who or what, will always choose the thing that is presented better, even if the item is actually worse. Pictures matter. I don't understand why Maxis made the gallery pictures so awful.

I agree. The default pictures are hideous.

It drives me crazy that we don't have a career tab in CAS. I want to be able to put socks with a work uniform or assign a professional looking updo with a work outfit.

A few years back, stopped going online, just video games and eating. When I eventually again scrolled Twitter, think I had a stress brain aneurysm... Pushed that far away from me, don't need that.

How some of the Sims 2 Pleasantview Sims were remade in the Sims 4. So I end up having to fix them especially with the Caliente family that are supposed to be part alien with Nina and Dina.

I have to agree with the aforementioned "skilled" sims. I only ever download sims from the gallery when I want them to look like characters/actors from movies or TV shows, since I'm terrible at recreating faces myself. I remember being so happy when I found a sim that looked exactly like a certain character, just to discover while playing that they had everything maxed, skills and aspirations. As someone who needs a goal for sims to work towards, this totally put me off. And I know there's cheats to remove skills and aspiration reward traits, which would have been fine if there had been only a handful, but all of them? Ain't nobody got time for that!

Other than that, I don't really have any problems, since I can easily change everything I don't like. I never come across sims with terrible alpha hair because I exclude cc from my searches, and custom model poses, while pretentious, don't bother me either because I'm used to sims looking better in CAS than they do in Live Mode. Once they start and never stop smiling, all the hard work you put into their faces goes out of the window anyway.
