It's been a while but I don't recall any particular problems with completing the Spa Day aspirations. I had one sim complete all three shortly after the Spa Day refresh. Inner Peace, Zen Guru, and Self Care Specialist. I also didn't experience any freezing with customers.
I've not completed any aspirations I couldn't stand. There are several that I'm not interested in completing. I'm not at all interested in the Deviance aspirations, Vampire Family, Master Vampire, and the Werewolf aspirations.
