One of my sims was also bigger after her first child. But after her second child she was back to normal instantly. She was in better shape when pregnant with number two. Don’t know if that is important. :)
I like the pregnant phase in the sims 4 as well. I really like the fact that they can wear regular clothing. The animations are cute as well. I would love being able going to take a ultrasound though to learn the gender in advance. I use a mod for that now, and the slice of life mod also ads more buffs to being pregnant.
