I’ve noticed that whether or not a sim gets morning sickness is fairly random, so some sims have a way worse time than others. Cravings would be neat too.
I miss Into the Future’s genetic engineering, especially since it was a way to make children without any romantic partners. It’d probably be more controversial now, though.
