I'd love more beards, body hair, and rugged practical work clothes for my male sims. I like to play a variety of different kinds of sims, and agree that traditionally masculinity has gotten the short side of the stick in most packs.
Careers: Carpenter/Construction (freelance), Electrician (rabbithole), Mechanic (freelance/work-from-home), Lumberjack (rabbithole), Plumber (rabbithole), Trucker (rabbithole), Firefighter (rabbithole/active). Not to say women can't work these jobs, but they would be nice for our more hands-on traditionally masculine sims too.
Activities/Hobbies:
- Expand on the construction bench with more projects to make and allow them to be sold online or on a tarp version of the yard sale table
- An old car that can be fixed up and even sold
- More sports and sporting equipment
- A pool table
- More off the grid stuff such as a well and water barrels for our more rustic sims
- Hunting? I can see this one being problematic for some people, but we already have fishing, and it an activity that a lot of people do.
- Pottery, you have to have some muscle to throw a pot and I've know guys who enjoy it
- More types of work out equipment such as a weight lifting bench and dumbbells
