I would love to be able to make a small business, and it still functions without someone owning it. I know it would be impossible for the game to know what you want to do with it. BUT a workaround for this is that there would be CUSTOM COMMUNITY LOTS. This would be a lot type and, when selected, will allow the player to assign activities, control employees, and name the lot type (an unlimited amount of activities, 5 is not enough for anything). The player will have the option to save this lot type and choose what kind of people are more likely to show up on the lot.
Also, MULTIPLE COMMUNITY SPACES PER LOT. This could work like a residential rental (but less buggy) where you could assign each room to a unit and choose what community lot. There could be options for residential areas if For Rent is installed, so there is still some incentive on buying FR. If an area is labelled as a Small Business Venue, that area can be purchased, buy anyone, and use it as a business with B&H.
The second idea is just the thing i want the most in the game but it might not have anything to with this thread. I have posted a thread for my second idea in Feedback.
