Question on the Marco's Business Overhaul mod that you referenced: Does that work with the pottery as well? So as long as you have made at least one example of a ceramic with the B&H Pottery Wheel, and you have it stocked in one of the 'showcase' items, the Business Overhaul will automatically duplicate it if one is sold? I'm asking for clarification, because I've never used a mod before, but this sounds like one I would like to try since my sim has a pottery shop and I'm really tired of keeping her awake almost 24/7 to keep up with the demand for supply. (Who knew running a sweet little pottery shop could be so demanding of one's time?!)

You need to have an employee hired at the business who has the restock activity. Then whether playing as the owner or visiting as a player, they will restock things. You can restock yourself at your own business if you want.
Though as I play more with it I feel like I'm not really "playing" my business as much as I am just watching anumber go up, then down a little, then up, then down a little, etc as the restocks happen lol. It's really better for visiting than playing sometimes, because when playing you get hte gameplay loop of having to remake the items.
