They should have the ability to eventually be immortal, it should be a high ranked power, 3 stages. First stage doubles their life span, second stage x5 like sims 3 vampires, and 3rd stage makes them immortal.
Just include alchemy and make a Potion of Youth potion available. Witches without alchemy would feel half-finished anyways.
